Made from the strongest natural fibers available, our natural cordage offers a durable, biodegradable, low stretch solution for a multitude of jobs. Our manila, sisal and jute fibers offer versatile and economical alternatives to synthetic ropes.
Our cotton sash cord combines the strength of natural ropes with the durability of synthetic fibers. The outer fibers are a blend of fine, polished cotton yarns and polyester, constructed around a non-visible synthetic core.
If your need is for a rope resistant to rot, mildew, and abrasion, our line of synthetic ropes will satisfy your working specifications. Nylon, polyester, polypropylene, or polyester/polypropylene composite fibers can be twisted or braided into a variety of thickness and lengths.

In another situation, Hooven Allison was challenged by the manufacturer of molded buckets to develop a handle for the bucket. The product needed to be soft to the touch, precise on size and length, and cost effective. Hooven Allison found the solution by fibrillating the split film tapes to give the softer feel. By maintaining strict quality control at all levels, diameter and length were accurately maintained. Hooven Allison also developed an automated cutting machine that made over 40,000 cuts a day, dramatically reducing costs.
