Composite fiber ropes produced by combining polyester and polypropylene fibers in a given rope construction to capitalize on the excellent properties of polyester while minimizing the over-all cost of the rope through the use of polypropylene.

Blended cover yarns of polyester over polypropylene around a polypropylene core provides better strength than an unblended polypropylene rope. The polyester fiber on the surface enhances the abrasion, chemcial, and UV resistance of the rope.
A black surface yarn marker in one strand identifies Magnus/Hi-Power in 1/2" through 1" diameter while sizes over 1" diameter are identified with a black and orange surface yarn marker in one strand.
Available in 1/4" through 3-1/4" diameter on 600' and 1200' reels.

An all polyester cover utilizing balanced plied yarns of Allied 1W81 SeaGard polyester. This is Hooven Allison's best combination rope providing excellent surface abrasion resistance and UV resistance.
A red, white and blue surface yarn marker in one strand is found in sizes 1/2" diameter and above.
Available in 3/8" through 3-1/4" diameter on 600' and 1200' reels.

A sinking potwarp featuring a polyester/polypropylene blended cover over a polypropylene core in soft, medium and firm lays to meet the necessary handling and rendering requirements of the commercal fisherman.
Available in 1/4" through 3/8" diameter in 1200' and 1800' reels.

An all multiplex polyester cover over a polypropylene core. Excellent abrasion resistance and frictional properties with a soft "cotton-like" feel or easy handling. Resistant to acids, alkalis, marine growth and UV light.
Available in 1-1/4" through 2-5/8" diameter in coils on a made to order basis.
